Directions to Healthspan Neurology

2290 East Avenue, 4th floor, Rochester, NY 14610 (by appointment only)

Located between CNY Fertility and the Stone-Tolan House, Building 2290 East Avenue shares a looped driveway with 2280 and 3000 off East Avenue. Enter the driveway from either direction, park and enter from the back of the building. 2290 is the middle and largest of the three buildings that occupy the site. You know you are in the right building if you see a directory in the entryway which lists “Healthspan Neurology, PC”.

Upon entering the foyer there is an elevator on the left. Take this to the 3rd floor and exit to the left. Pass a rest room on the right and just around the corner to the right you will find a set of stairs to the 4th floor landing and waiting area. Alternatively, from the foyer, you can take the stairs all the way up to the 4th floor landing and waiting area.

Please take a seat in the waiting area. I will meet you promptly at your appointment time.
